Welcome Dr. med dent. Spyros Chrisikopoulos

IALE welcomes its new Vicepresident Spyros Chrisikopoulos from Athens greece on the board!
Dr. Spyros Chrysikopoulos was born in Athens in 1970. He graduated from the German School of Athens in 1988. Dr. Spyros Chrysikopoulos studied dentistry at the Ruprecht-Karls Universität in Heidelberg Germany till 1994.
He accomplished his PhD Thesis at the University of Aachen in 1998 (“Applications of an Er:YAG laser in aesthetic dentistry”). Since 1995 he is using various wavelengths at office (Nd:YAG, CO2, Er:YAG, Er-Cr:YSGG, KTP, Diode) for all possible applications in dentistry, especially in periodontology, oral surgery and implantology.
Dr. Spyros Chrysikopoulos has lectured in national and international conventions and congresses and in numerous laser-workshops and seminars. Since August 1999 he is leading his private clinic in Athens (Center for Implantology and Advanced Oral Laser Education). Dr. Spyros Chrysikopoulos is the HON-President of the Hellenic Society for Oral Laser Applications HELSOLA.
